Return Conditions

Duration: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

State of Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their new, original condition: unused, unaltered, and with all labels and garment tags attached. We strictly do not accept returns of items that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered.

Packaging: All items should be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Included envelopes, thank you cards, story cards, and any other designer packaging should be undamaged and unopened. Such items are integral to the product and are expected to be in pristine condition for a full refund.

Complete Return: For a full refund, all components of a product, including the product box, clothing item, story card, and envelope must be returned undamaged and unopened.

Compliance: Any return that does not adhere to the above guidelines will be declined.

Exchanges: We regret to inform that we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Procedure

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following steps:

Initiate Return: Navigate to the dashboard portal and select the returns page.

Item Selection: Highlight the items intended for return and specify the reason.

Label and Form: Opt for the prepaid delivery label, then print both this and the return form. Typically, the return form is delivered alongside the initial order.

Package Preparation: Ensure the return package contains the items, original tags, any additional labels/cards, and the return form. Securely affix the return label externally.

Shipping: Coordinate a pick-up date with DHL or return the package at a local DHL point. For peace of mind, maintain a watch on the package's tracking, linked on the return label. Any complications arising from employing a non-endorsed courier or label are beyond the responsibility of Madhades B.V. .

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process it. A confirmation email will be dispatched upon completion. Refunds are routed to the original method of payment and might necessitate up to 14 working days to reflect, contingent on bank procedures. If you're returning a gift, kindly note that the refund will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

Additional Points

Return Costs: The cost associated with returns may fluctuate based on the destination.

Taxes & Duties: Madhades is unable to refund taxes and duties for returns originating outside Europe. Such customers might consider applying for tax and duty refunds via their local tax office, brandishing copies of import and export documents.
